Really beautiful place!!! We spent the 2024 Epiphany weekend with my family enjoying the Spa and the total relaxation of the place. Evenings with baby club and entertainment for adults (dancing, DJ sets etc). 100% courteous staff, excellent service both in the rooms and in the restaurant. Good food and impeccable cleanliness! The owner Mr. Silvano was exceptionally welcoming and occasionally performs with his saxophone (between one meal and another).... His story about his military experience on the ship was pleasant Vespucci!!! Positive notes: Spa, service, entertainment, prices! Notes to improve: parking organization, some more lights in the bathroom.

Very welcoming hotel, very friendly staff, top quality buffet food, with fresh fish and lots of great things. There was also an owner who put on a show with sax and trumpets, even during the dinner he played particularly well. The spa is well managed upon reservation so as not to overcrowd, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional showers, Cervia salt room and very beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Overall the hotel is excellent in many respects, worth more than what we spent.

Very positive experience, we had a good time. In first place I would definitely put the room, beautiful and very comfortable, and the cleanliness everywhere was impeccable, for us who were traveling with a small child it was essential. Good food, especially the breakfast. In my opinion the animation isn't up to par with everything else. Furthermore, the program of shows is weekly and for us who stayed two weeks it meant seeing the same things twice. In any case, it is a place I recommend, ideal for children. Well done.

Fantastic environment, excellent food and wide choice, polite and always available staff starting from reception, kitchen and dining room. The cleanliness of the room was indisputable and the staff were very kind, the lady who took care of our room was always very sweet towards us! Entertainment in the hotel for children and adults! There are no downsides! We also visited suites and other rooms which we will definitely try in the years to come! In our offer we also included the beach and obviously the staff was also indisputable! Reluctantly we return home!
